Blogging after 2 years, Lets Restart

I havent blogged for 2 years and i have gained a lot of weight, its time to get back to action, Eat Clean and Train Mean

My todays weight is 78.0 and my goal is to reduce atleast 8 - 10 kgs

And thats my today's picture in blue dress, red one was taken on 19th July, so lets restart and lose some body fat

Chest and Back Day - Home Workout Week 1 Day 1
