Had a nice 6.29 kms afternoon run today, tried to stay in between mid aerobic zone 135-148 bpm with run pace approx 7.00 min/km,
to stay in range i slow down with walks specially when my heart beats shoot up to 150 bpm,
the walking effected the overall avg pace, came out to be 8.03 min/km
still good till i am not doing it very slow,
a chilled coconut water post run was refreshing, overall it was a good run
