Mondays are always difficult for me, so i always pick some stretching or easy going workout for this day
Yoga/Pilates always fits it and along with it some upper Body weight training is like icing on the cake.
so here it is, my workout started with Chest work today for 20 min, followed by Yoga video, had a good long workout in 40 min :)
Breakfast - Mango Chia overnight oats topped with some home baked dark-choco granola, no sugar added.
Lunch - avocado, sunflower sprouts, red-yellow cherry tomato, spiral zucchini and egg white salad with spicy vinaigrette dressing packed separately
snacks - almonds, passion fruit and yogurt
Dinner - Tofu, Asparagus with a big bowl of salad
