Fartlek Session on 23rd July

The more i am running, the more i am learning that its not simply jogging, its a lot more, there is a whole science, research, posts, styles and types of running
its a different world altogether

today was my first try on Fartlek sessions, it was fun, i tried running 400,300,200,100 meters with walking breaking in between
trying to increase my strength with huffing and puffing, it was a good session, i sooo loved it












Post workout i had nice oats bread, with egg, tomato and peanut butter
mid morning snack was simply a protein bar with hot coffee
lunch was tuna salad, yumm in my tumm
evening snack was steamed veggies with egg white

dinner should be chicken curry with rice
