Thursday Easy Run day

Today's run Objective - Go Slow, try to Run on easy pace so you don't have to stop for breath or a recovery walk, Don't look at pace as how slow you are running, Just Run and work on your form.

Shoulders Day, and rest day from Running

Mon,Wed,Fri are my non running days and I like to get some strength training or Yoga stretching done on these days

5k in 30 minutes - My Running Milestone

Trying harder since long i still couldn't achieve the magic number, well I knew its all about endurance and strength to achieve 5k in 30 mins, so yes i am missing in that department
my issue is i try running faster ending up huffing and puffing, I took long time to realize that i am progressing nowhere with it.
