Nutrition and Workout for 21st oct - Dance workout

I am in love with Beachbody on Demand Library, the amount of workouts videos it has, makes me wake up early and get my workout done, talk about motivation :P


today morning i got my Cize dance workout Done after sending my son to school and before i go to work, Fun Cardio Morning it was and for Nutrition, here i go

Breakfast - My favorite Overnight oats with Peach and Mango, and chia seeds
Lunch - nothing can beat a nice quinoa Salad
Snacks- Beetroot smoothie and cucumber slices

and a scoop whey protein post workout :)
