Woke up with heavy and sore muscles, I was in mood of calling a day off, But instead i Geared up and went up with Plan, Its my leg day today
Started my workout with a warm up, followed by
1) Sumo Squats - 3 sets * 15 reps
2) Lunges
3) Step up to reverse Lunge
4) Bulgarian Squat
5) Floor Exercises Targeted for Legs Muscles
Cool down Yoga Stretches and Done.
Total Workout Time - 30 minutes
Post Workout - Happy Thoughts that i got it done Instead of sleeping a bit more.
