Today's run Objective - Go Slow, try to Run on easy pace so you don't have to stop for breath or a recovery walk, Don't look at pace as how slow you are running, Just Run and work on your form.
Post Run analysis - I ran non stop, I didn't feel a need to stop for breath, no huffing puffing, BUT my pace was approx 8.00 min per km, phew, pretty slow, but then that was today's run objective, so all good :)
Though my Pace graph is still not a straight line, i am slow sometimes, and sometimes i am little faster, i need to work on running a smooth pace all the way.
