Chest and Back Day - Home Workout Week 1 Day 1
With 2 months break from Gym, I decided to give Home based workouts a try, which means a lot of body weight workouts including Calisthenics moves like Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Push-ups, squats, Lunges and i am all game for it.

Monday Upper Body Workout
Woke up with sore legs, I decided to make it a Upper Body Strength Training Day today, giving complete rest to my legs muscles
Sunday HIIT Run
Sunday Morning i woke up in leisure which made me miss my morning workout session, but then i know i still have evenings to go for a run, or may be i can add a Bike session too in it.
