With 2 months break from Gym, I decided to give Home based workouts a try, which means a lot of body weight workouts including Calisthenics moves like Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Push-ups, squats, Lunges and i am all game for it.
Today Week 1 Day 1 is Chest and Back Day and i got my 30 mins workout done in morning
a lot of variety of push-ups including Standard Pushup, Military push-up, Diamond push-ups, Triceps Push-ups
along with Rows, Deadlifts, Pullovers and some more Back workout muscles
Tried my hands on Pull-ups, and i could not do them, still a long way to go, so today Day 1 was Reverse pull up.
Chest and Back Day Sorted followed by cool down and stretching.
