11th June, Leg Day


Hi Bloggers

Its been long i havent shared my workout post, i had been buzy, but i made sure i workout everyday and eat clean
Last week we went to koh chang island and i got some nice hill training done there, loved it.

today was leg day and post workout had my Rice and veggie breakfast along with protein shake, Carbs and proteins together as post workout nutrition

My plan is to keep my Proteins high entire day and reducing my overall carbs
