HIIT on 17th April

my son school holidays are going on and that makes me difficult to go to gym.

But where there is will there is a way, Home workout videos come handy, there is a wide range on you tube isint

HIIT done today morning, love these killer workouts

Post workout Breakfast - Oat Bran, Chia seeds, whey protein, homemade peanut butter and milk, quiet filling meal
mid morning snack - my fav beetroot and banana smoothie (i just need to buy mason jars for easy carrying smoothies)
lunch - cous cous cooked with veggies along with a cuppa yogurt
eve snack - gauva and a boiled egg
