After 4 days of Intense workout, i want to just stretch, I want a light day out, no jumping or no lifting for me please and whats better than Yoga
In Morning went for a Hot yoga session, with all the aasanas and stretches, my muscles feel light and so much better, yay a good start of the day
I love Yoga, its just not for flexibility, its a lot more than that.
Nutrition for today -
Post Workout - Overnight Oats with Milk, Chia seeds and a scoop whey protein
Mid morning snack: multigrain peanut butter sandwich
Lunch: Quinoa, bean sprouts and lots of veggies salad with homemade curd
Evening snack: flax seeds with mango
Dinner: lets see, not yet decided :P
