we had a group run planned today, and when its a group run its kind of becomes a stress run for me,
when i see others are running faster and i am lacking behind, i increase my pace, start putting more efforts than my confort zone and post run - i am in pain
calf pain, thighs pain, my entire legs felt the workout burn.
and i rewarded myself with a nice foot massage
