Trying since long, I really wanna run non stop, either i have to stop for breath or i change my pace to brisk walk to keep going,
but non stop running, aaaah, no yet
today morning i signed a meetup with a running buddy and i was stressed out that i am gonna make her slow.
we started with slow pace running, chatting all the way, i might have stop for few seconds once or twice in between but i did made it through, it gave me more confidence that i can run throughout maintaining a slow pace, stop for few seconds if you want to but don't loose hope
i am still working on my goal of finishing a 5k in 30 minutes
