Distance Walking Workout (26th Oct/Sunday)


Still tired with Saturday outdoor activities I thought of skipping my Long Run on Sunday Morning,
but after i woke up, i just wanted to go out and run with my running buddies in the park.

dressed up for a good run ,reached the park to get some fresh air. Cheer up and Hie from fellow runners always boost me up.

But unfortunately i was out of energy within 30 minutes, i knew it was not a good day for a long run, but as i was already at Park i decided to go for Brisk Walk Instead.

covered approx 13kms with 10.30 min/km pace. It was a good walk.
