Monday, New Week, got my workout done

Irrespective of being sleepy on Monday morning and in mood of missing gym and skip packing lunch (blame late night Sunday movies) i got up and packed my meals

Breakfast - wholewheat sandwich with Guacamole spread.
Snacks: Sliced Strawberries and Apple.
Lunch: garbanzo Beans, Paneer, Broccoli, Green beans, carrots, peas, tomato and corn salad and big cup of yogurt
Eve snack: Milk and Roasted Peanuts
Post workout:  Protein oats Bar

Went to gym and Workout done:  Legs Workout

Started with Sumo Squats, 35lbs, 40lbs, 45 lbs pyramid done
Step-Up to Reverse Lunge along with Alternate Lunge were killers, i can feel the burn.
followed by parallel squat and Bulgarian squat, Ouch.
along with them i added Burpee Squat Jump to my today's workout

Workout Done, wooohooo
