Legs Workout with TRX bands



Iam in Love with TRX bands for supporting body weight exercises, it allows me ATG squats(smoothly with proper form), the Bulgarian squats, i always struggle with them, and with TRX bands, i have to less struggle with form and can more endurance to it.
yay to TRX bands if you enjoy body weight workouts
