Monday 13th April Workout - Strength Training Today

Monday is typically a strength training day for me
And i am enjoying a new program which alternates upper body and lower body on separate days
 If its working then why not, go for it ;)
Today was shoulders day for me
And the program is designed based on pyramid structure
Start with light weight with more reps
Then increase weight and decrease reps
Last set is heavy weight with low reps
And pyramid is planned along with super sets and progregressive sets
Sounds intense and dirty, yeah something which i love to follow
