Tuesday and wednesday workout (14 - 15th Apr)

Tuesday and Wednesday were intense workout day for me


Tuesday I couldn't go to gym as my son was still sleeping, i opted for HIIT workout at home, it was a killer workout with all jumping jacks and squat jumps, the only time my heart rate went down was when my son woke up and i paused the video till i settled him up.
and then back to workout, my heart rate went down to 109 and that showed in graph too.
Wednesday: went to gym and did heavy strength training with Barbells  (5 sets * 5 reps)
