My First Crossfit experience

I have done a lot of Bootcamps, HIIT workouts, but Crossfit, I haven't been to any of its classes and It was on my to-do list.

so there i registered for one, to try my experience on it and i just loved it, i am planning to bring my fitness to next level by adding crossfit workouts to it.

I learned the right way of Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk and that was our WOD (workout of day) along with Jump Squats with ball and jumpropes X 6 times one after another, it was fun and intense

Bootcamps are normally without weights using your body weight for same kind of workouts, but with crossfit i loved adding weight for a more intense workout

Yay to bootcamps and Crossfit, love you Both !!!
