Running with some stair work

Sunday is my day, when i can go for a long run, without worrying about getting late to work
but this Sunday morning i woke up in leisure, and stretched and had coffee and realized i am getting late for run

Trying since long, I really wanna run non stop, either i have to stop for breath or i change my pace to brisk walk to keep going,
but non stop running, aaaah, no yet
