What i ate today (24th August 2015)

Started my day at 5am packing my son's lunch, my meals and getting ready for school, and no time for a pre workout snack during early morning rush hour.
picked my bag and off to fitness center, today i did strength training with barbells and machines


Post workout - Protein Powder with milk tetra pack
Breakfast: Boiled egg sandwich
Lunch: sprouts salad
Snacks: watermelon, cucumber slices with peanut butter
Dinner: channa with yogurt, and a fruit smoothie
