Shoulders Day, and rest day from Running

Mon,Wed,Fri are my non running days and I like to get some strength training or Yoga stretching done on these days
as per plan Wednesday is my Shoulders/Arms day

Started my workout with warm up followed by

1) Barbell Upright Row- 3 sets
2) Overhead Press- 3 sets
3) Super Set of Lateral Raise and Arnold Press, 3 sets each
4) Super Set of Triceps Dips and Bicep Curls - 2 sets each4
5) reverse Fly - 2 sets

cool down and Stretching, Done
